Fancy seeing you here. :-) I've really missed you. Do you remember awhile back when I wrote about a new blogging idea that I had? Well, today's the day. I'm making the leap. It's an installment that I will call, "Miracle Mondays" and it's based on the life-changing material of "A Course in Miracles".

More and more, I am weaving this wisdom into my own life and relationships and I am amazed at the progress and healing that it has brought. For over a year now, many of you may have heard me referencing quotes from the course during our sessions together, and have heard me talk about the spiritual principles of "choosing love over fear", "keeping and finding your peace", "letting go and letting GOD", "only love is real" and many other spiritual truths I've gathered and shared from ACIM. The knowledge from this book of light glistens like gold and needs to be shared. It heals hearts, lifts spirits, mends minds and eases pain, and brings an enormous amount of comfort, power, and peace.

For that reason, my guides have been urging me to create "Miracle Mondays" as a way to help bring these messages of hope and healing to those who might not have ever been exposed to it before. I know for some of you, it may be a little outside of your comfort zone, and for others, it might serve as a gentle tug at your heart to begin your studies again after taking a break from the material.

From my own experience, I know when I actively study the course, be it by attending classes or reading books based on the teachings, talking about it with friends, and then applying the principles to my life...my heart is filled with an overwhelming sense of peace and heightened state of awareness. When I first began to get really serious about it, I noticed that my readings and sessions were intensified as I felt even more "connected" than ever before. My "vibration" was sky high and even though I was moving through what many might call a "dark and stormy" time in life, I was able to maintain a powerful sense of calm during the storm. So now, it's with a very grateful heart that I reach out to share this material with you.

On some Mondays, I might share a story or two...or post articles from other authors that inspire me or help me to better understand the material, or perhaps include uplifting examples of how a simple change in perspective can help heal the world. Whether it be a thought, lesson, or quote for the week that relates to the course, my intention is that it will help us all stay centered and more connected to this powerful path of love and light, purpose and peace.

This is A Course In Miracles. It is a required course. Only the time you take it is voluntary. Free will does not mean that you can establish the curriculum. It means only that you can elect what you want to take at a given time. The course does not aim at teaching the meaning of love, for that is beyond what can be taught. It does aim, however, at removing the blocks to the awareness of love's presence, which is your natural inheritance. The opposite of love is fear, but what is all-encompassing can have no opposite.
