There comes a point in life when you realize that the way you have been going about things...is no longer serving you and that it's time for a change. Radical change. A time to turn-things-around and approach your life and love with a higher, clearer, and more "true" perspective. But how do we get there?
It was in a very tender moment of my own self discovery that I came to know "The Work" of Byron Katie. Several years ago, while on a trip to San Fransisco I was introduced to this amazing process of healing and self-inquiry. Immediately, I was grateful. Her unique process of helping people peel back the layers of their lives to reach beyond their "stories" to help them find a better way of BEing is like witnessing miracles manifesting before your very eyes.
If you are suffering, hurting, feeling lost, lonely or afraid...there is hope that can be found if you are willing to do the work.
